The BWTP Network Member Code of Conduct is voluntary and intended to maintain the good reputation and high standards of the Network and its members in all their activities and communications. BWTP Network members agree to:
Deliver or promote products and services, primarily to the poor, which are client‐focused, demand driven and assist households to build assets, livelihoods and/or micro-enterprise ‐ or develop or supervise policy, conduct research or pursue other activities towards this end.
Endeavour to assess the impact towards financial inclusion and broader inclusive growth initiatives they pursue.
Respect the privacy of individual members and their proprietary information, products and services.
Strive to be seen as role models by peers in their respective sectors and communities, and aim to inform and inspire fellow members with their experience to contribute to the efforts of other members and wider industry stakeholders.
Abide by high standards of good practice in the governance of their organisation and engagement with clients, members, competitors, regulatory authorities, other stakeholders and the wider public.
Contribute to the positive reputation of the BWTP Network and individual members.
