Travel and Transfers
Please Note: All participants, speakers, delegates and BWTP members are required to make their own accommodation and travel bookings. Unless otherwise advised by FDC, all costs for attending the event are the responsibility of the delegates.

Airport Transfer
The Melia Hanoi Hotel offers airport transfer services
as follows:

way - for 3 persons maximum
- Mercedes-Sprinter (16 seats): US$ 50 net per car per X X

Melia Hanoi Hotel representative will be welcoming delegates at the airport on 25 and 26 August 2008 with signboard, mineral water and cold towels.
Other hotels also provide airport transfers and taxi services are also available. Delegates are requested to make their own airport transfer arrangements.
Visas
Most foreign visitors will require a visa to enter Vietnam. Foreign delegates to the Asia Microfinance Forum 2008 will be responsible for the cost and application for a Vietnam visa. Delegates are advised to attach a copy of their Asia Microfinance Forum 2008 invitation to their visa application form. A list of delegates will be supplied to the State Bank of Vietnam to help facilitate the visa approval process. For further information about visa requirements we recommend that you contact the nearest Vietnamese embassy. The Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs website is
