These two case studies were prepared as inputs into the research study The Performance and Sustainability of Two Philippine Microfinance Institutions, by Professor Ronald T Chua. Each case study provides detailed information on the operations and performance of the microfinance institution concerned. Areas covered include history of the organisation, client profile, products and services offered, credit and savings methodology, operational and financial performance, corporate governance, institutional development, and plans for the future.
